$2 Million Settlement of Wrongful Death Case for 17 year-old Boy

This data proved that the truck was traveling at an excessive rate of speed, i.e. between 50-60 mph in the heavy fog. This evidence proved that the truck driver, who survived without serious injury, had given false information to the Minnesota Highway Patrol about where his cruise control was set. This evidence was critical in bringing the truck driver and the trucking company to the table for a $2 million settlement.
