Minneapolis Injury Lawyers Recognize the 14th Amendment.
Schmidt comments, “The rule of law is what distinguishes the US from other countries with regard to basic human rights. It is only fitting and proper that the focus in 2017 would be on the 14th Amendment with its cornerstone principles of equal protection and due process. In all those years while Russia was celebrating May 1st with a military parade, the US has been celebrating the rule of law. What a contrast. Let us remember and cherish the orderly society that he enjoy. Let us appreciate the importance of equal protection and due process as the glue that holds it together.”
The Minneapolis Injury Lawyers know that the basic principle of equal protection and due process are important basics to any area of law, including their area of practice in personal injury and wrongful death claims.
